President & Founder - Matt Garton

Matt Garton has spent the last 9 years building Travel e-Commerce, Internet and other technology driven companies in business-to-business and business to consumer start-up environments. In all cases these companies have achieved profitability and both Online Marketing Network Inc., and Bid4Vacations were successfully sold.

While CEO at Bid4Vacations Matt also held the position of V.P. of Business Development for Our Vacation Store and assisted with business development for its sister company, ICE Gallery. Over the past 9 years Matt has been a frequent guest lecturer at Universities and travel trade shows speaking on dynamic pricing and Internet marketing related topics.

Over the years Matt has managed the Internet marketing efforts for a dozen travel brands and has organized multi-million dollar online marketing campaigns.




Executive Advisor - Susan Black

Among the best known leaders in travel, Susan has been an industry success through publishing, eCommerce and her successful conferences. As General Manager of her popular travel conferences, she does it all from producing profitable major shows to offering pithy insights and skilled facilitation as a moderator and speaker.

As a publisher, she launched the Official Tour Directory and pioneered one of the first true travel websites with Vacationpackager.com. She brings depth, clarity and intimate knowledge in all areas of travel marketing with particular prowess in business development.




Executive Advisor - Jens Thraenhart

Jens Thraenhart is a native of Germany with over 15 years of international hospitality experience in hospitality consulting, hotel and restaurant operations, revenue management, sales & marketing, e-business, and strategic planning with companies such as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Marriott, Kempinski, and Ian Schrager Hotels.

He holds an MBA-accredited Masters of Management in Hospitality from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, and a joint Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and the University Center 'Cesar Ritz' at Brig, Switzerland. Jens is the founder and president of the "Cesar Ritz" Network Society, a Swiss-based alumni association of hospitality professionals worldwide, serves as President of the Cornell Hotel Society Toronto Chapter, and heads up the technology task force for the Cornell Hotel Society.

Jens initiated and acts as the global chair of the HSMAI Travel Internet Marketing Committee, is a member of the advisory board of the Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, sits on the advisory board of the TravelCom Conference, conceived the concept of WOWtravels where he acts as chairman of the advisory board, was recognized as one of the travel industry's top 100 rising stars by Travel Agent Magazine in 2003, and is listed as one of the '25 Most Extraordinary Sales and Marketing Minds in Hospitality and Travel' by HSMAI.




Executive Director, Technology -
Aaron Dalrymple

Aaron Dalrymple has been involved in internet marketing, web development and web design for over 10 years. He has worked as an internet marketing professional in the travel industry since 1998. He has held positions as copywriter, web developer, project manager, internet marketing manager and director of marketing. He has also consulted with various companies specializing in search engine marketing and web design.

Dalrymple's experience at managing multi-million dollar internet travel marketing programs, along with his experience and understanding of technology, create a unique approach to information technology and site development.




Editor - James Shillinglaw

James Shillinglaw, CTC, is a veteran travel editor and journalist. He was the recipient of the American Society of Travel Agents’ 2003 Travel Journalist of the Year Award, which recognizes a journalist whose efforts have contributed to the promotion of the travel agent community. His extensive body of work includes articles on travel agents, hotels and resorts, cruises, tour operators, airlines, car rentals and travel technology.

He also has moderated panels and spoken at top travel industry events. Shillinglaw was most recently editor-in-chief of New York-based Travel Agent magazine, a newsweekly that provides news analysis, features and destination articles to 50,000 travel agents and travel industry professionals. Prior to being named editor-in-chief, he served as editor, executive editor, news director and senior story editor during his 13 years with the magazine. Previously Shillinglaw served as a managing editor and associate editor at American Lawyer magazine. He also has held posts with Knight-Ridder Financial News and was editor of PR Week, a weekly newspaper covering the public relations industry.

Shillinglaw is a graduate of Columbia University with a bachelor of arts in political science. He currently resides in Westchester County, New York, with his wife, Saralyn, and two children, Greg and Carolyn.




Executive Advisor - John Heckers

John Heckers, MA, Certified Personnel Consultant, has been an employment consultant since 1980. He has consulted for numerous individuals and corporations, including AT&T, Gulfstream Aerospace, Citibank of NY, and many others.

Heckers is the Employment Columnist for the Denver Business Journal, Denver's premier business publication and has been a frequent guest on numerous radio and television news programs as an employment expert.

He is the Senior Partner of the Career Firm of Heckers, Nago & Associates, LLC, based in Glendale Colorado.
